We understand the importance of receiving your order quickly.

  • All orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) are fulfilled within 1-2 business days.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across the island of Ireland.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers. While we guarantee same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm, external factors such as customs processing or local courier delays are outside our direct control.

3. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed or Missing Parcels: If you have not received your order within 3 working days beyond the estimated delivery time for your region, please contact us at info@suanearplugs.ie with your name and order number. We will investigate the shipment immediately.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Suan Earplugs is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us ASAP for the best chance of correcting it before dispatch.
