2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, packaging, or fit may occur.

Noise reduction ratings (SNR up to 35dB) are based on lab testing and may vary depending on ear shape, fit, and environment.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and Shopify Payments.

4. Discount Codes & Promotions

From time to time, we may offer discount codes, promotions, or multi-buy deals. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following conditions apply:

Only one discount code may be used per order.
The welcome discount (offered to new subscribers) cannot be combined with any other discount codes, multi-buy deals, or active promotions.
Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the postal service used.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

6. 100-Day Returns & Refunds

We offer a 100-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund subject to the following conditions:

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
All returns must be sent back via registered post. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit where registered post has not been used.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please email info@suanearplugs.ie before returning any item so we can provide you with return instructions.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@suanearplugs.ie within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

8. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the European Communities (Certain Aspects of the Sale of Consumer Goods and Associated Guarantees) Regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suan Earplugs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
